Confirm your email address

When you sign up with your email, we send you a message with a confirmation link. You can use Magpie straight away; confirming just proves the address is yours.

Confirm your address

1. Open the email from Magpie and select the confirmation link.
2. You’ll see Email confirmed. Choose Go to your library to carry on, or Sign in if you’re signed out.

Until you confirm, a strip across the top of the app says Confirm your email address and shows the address we wrote to.

If you signed up with another account, such as Google, and that provider has already confirmed your address, there’s nothing to do.

Get a new confirmation email

1. Sign in.
2. In the strip at the top of the app, choose Resend email.
3. When it says Sent. Check your inbox., open the new email and select the link.

If something goes wrong

• “This confirmation link has expired.” Links work for 24 hours. Sign in and choose Resend email for a fresh one.
• “This confirmation link is invalid or has already been used.” Each link works once. If the strip is gone from the top of the app, you’re already confirmed. If not, choose Resend email.
• No email? Check your spam or junk folder, and check the address shown in the strip. If it’s wrong, write to webmaster@artisanagility.com.
• “Too many attempts.” Wait a little while before asking again.
